Today’s blog contest is actually a blog forum contest happening at Bloggeries.com.  For those that re unfamiliar with Bloggeries, it is one of the most popular blogging forums on the web.

What do I have to do?

Rob at Bloggeries is paying out 25 bucks to the first 50 people to reach the 1,000 post mark.  So far, I think only 10 or so people have crossed that threshold.  If you are just starting out you still have a shot at it.  If you are a member but have not posted in a while, now would be a great time to start back up.  Another plus in that if you post 1,000 times you will also have 4,000 free backlinks, as they do allow you 4 links in your signature.
